Using Nash's Collectibles
You may browse available prints, keep personal lists, share genuine ideas, take part in community features, and prepare an order list for a Whatnot stream. You must be legally able to use the service and are responsible for activity on your account.
Keep the night friendly
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or exploit another person.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy protected previews, scrape the catalog, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit unlawful material, another person's private information, or content that violates these policies.
- Do not manipulate likes, purchases, points, credits, or community activity.
Prints, prices, and availability
Catalog availability, sizes, prices, deals, and featured sets may change. A website order list is a planning tool and does not reserve a print or charge you. The final listing, price, and purchase are completed through Whatnot.
Ideas and community rewards
An idea request is not a guaranteed commission, deadline, license, or promise that a print will be made. Nash may decline an idea, ask questions, combine similar ideas, edit public wording for clarity, or remove an idea from public display. Eligible activity earns points under the reward amounts shown in your Rewards area. Fraudulent or reversed activity may be removed, along with points credited for it.
Account action
Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations, or harm to other collectors or the service. Where practical, concerns can be raised through the Help Center.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep catalog and account information accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
